Jaya is three years old.
This beautiful little girl is named Jaya and she is three years old. She was born in the West Godavari district of India. While her parents worked in the farming industry she was left in the care of a neighbor. Sadly, one day her parents were both killed in a car accident. Jaya was sent to live with her aunt. Since she was so young and needed a lot of care, her aunt’s husband felt they could no longer care for her. Her aunt began to look for an orphanage that would accept her. Due to her age, several orphanages turned her down, until finally they heard about the Feed My People Orphanage in Tenali. They made the 159 mile journey to see if Reverend Thomas would accept her and they received her with open arms! Reverend Thomas told us:
Now Jaya is with us and we are very glad to love and take care of her. Please pray for our orphanage and for her so that God will show grace and she will grow up physically and spiritually in His will.
