Our friends at National Community Church (NCC) in Washington DC have shown once again that they not only have huge hearts for the orphans at Congo For Christ Orphanage but that they also appreciate sweet treats!
NCC's 2014 Democratic Republic of the Congo missions team held a bake sale on Sunday, 30 March 2014 to benefit the building of Mango Tree School at Congo For Christ Center. Thanks to many generous donors, $4663 was raised to support Mango Tree School. With the March Matching Grant ( Learn More ) still in place the bake sale raised $9326 to help build Mango Tree School and educate the orphans at Congo For Christ Orphanage and the children in the surrounding community.
